This is a very popular type of curry in Thailand. It is a mixture of herbs, spices and it is enriched with coconut milk. This paste is more concentrated than our curry sauces and therefore is more economical to use, but it requires more time to prepare. Each 100 g pouch can make 4 to 6 servings. This paste is ideal for families, hotels, restaurants, institutions & catering businesses.
This wholesome food is pasteurized by the special "Spray Retort Process". It has a shelf life of two years. There are no preservatives, coloring agents or MSG added. If opened, keep in the refrigerator for a maximum of 7 days.
